Returns accepted for any reason on non-customised/non-personalised sealed physical products within 14 days of receiving the goods. You have up to 14 days to return the item(s) from this point of contact back in to our possession. No refunds will be issued outside of this period or for item(s) we have not received.
Buyer must pay to return item(s) (including any free item(s)), which is a non refundable cost. Item(s) must be returned unused and undamaged. Once a seal is broken, these items are non-returnable. If a clothing tag is removed or is otherwise tampered soas to affect it's brand new status it will affect the amount that can be refunded.
We do not accept returns on non sealed books, games or other items than can be consumed. For hygiene reasons we do not offer full refunds for clothes, as we have no way on knowing if you have worn them or not, so would be unable to resell them as new. This deduction in value would be reflected in any refund amount.
Express dispatch costs are non refundable for dispatched item(s) using the service.
It is in your own interest if you choose to make a return to ensure it arrives in great condition, as it will be inspected and assesed to see if it has lost any market value to us. It is at our sole discretion the amount you will be refunded.
