If you do accept a return do I have to pay for postage?
If you have been approved to return an item, you MUST purchase tracked delivery yourself, this will not be refunded unless an error from us (eg we spelt text different than you instructed) . If after inspection a refund is to be granted, then your return delivery cost will be reimbursed to you (where we were at fault) with your eligible refund. Postage refund amount will not exceed what we would pay for postage and proof of amount will be required.
