We strive to strike the balance of meeting customers needs and fostering a stress-free work environment with our 3-5 working day economy dispatch. However should you need an items sooner, we have you covered by allowing a premium express dispatch time of 1-2 business days.

We know that some times you have to return an item and it's your right to do so.  We are also aware that it's near impossible to get a full refund. That's why we're comitted to offering fair partial refunds that take into account the time, care and cost it takes making a return back to us.
