Kalzor YULA (Youtube User License Agreement)
If you wish to make videos with images from Kalzor and post them on YouTube, you must agree to and follow the terms of this agreement. These irrevocable terms govern the ability to make videos with our game footage to post on YouTube and are separate from the ones governing your use of the game (the EULA or End User License Agreement found here).
This agreement does not transfer any irrevocable rights to you, rather it is a way to shield you from a situation where we might take action against you.
If you make any content on, with or through our game you agree to give us permission to use, modify, adapt, copy, distribute and publicly display that content, for personal or commercial use.
Don't forget to include both of the following links at the top of your YouTube video description:

YouTube User License Agreement
This YouTube User License Agreement (“YULA”) sets out the license for you to use game footage created from Roley Games' game Kalzor.
This YULA grants you the permission to use footage made from user interactions in-game (in other words gameplay) and does not transfer ownership or rights. Ownership and exclusive control remains with Roley Games.
This license only permits use on the YouTube platform, use on other platforms is currently prohibited.
By purchasing, opening, downloading, copying, installing or using the Game, you agree to the terms of this License and agree to be bound by it.
In addition for you to use the footage on YouTube you MUST have purchased a legal copy and link in the description to both our YouTube channel and the store page where the game can be bought. Breach of this agreement may lead to your license being terminated.
You must include both of the following links at the top of your YouTube video description (including text):
What you can do
You have been granted by Roley Games a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right and license to use our game footage in your non-commercial YouTube video.
You can monetise the footage through YouTube adverts, but not sell the footage or claim any rights to it. You cannot transfer this license or rights to another party, including YouTube.
You may within reason use the game footage as you see fit as long as it does not affect Roley Games in a negative way (see what you can’t do below).
What you can’t do
You agree not to:
Ownership
The Game and all of its content shall remain the sole property of Roley Games who retains exclusive control over the Game. This includes user created interactions within the game itself (images or footage taken from the game itself).
User Created Content
Any content you create from use of the Game or otherwise derived from the Game shall be hereby granted by you to Roley Games in whole as exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable and sub-licensable worldwide.
Roley Games may use your contribution in any way for any purpose including the rights to reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, sell, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, or otherwise communicate to the public by any means whether known or unknown.
You agree not to claim ownership rights of any content you create using the Game or derived from it, or any moral rights to any content created from the Game or derived from it.
Termination
Your rights under this License will terminate if you breach any terms and conditions in this license.
Similarly you can terminate your agreement to this License at any time, but this will only terminate your right to monetise the Game footage on YouTube, all conditions asserted by Roley Games shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination of this license MAY result in action being taken against you on YouTube.
General
This is an extension license that grants you permission to use footage you create by interacting in game to make videos and monetise them on YouTube if you wish. This license was put together to help YouTube content creators get a license that gives them a bit more confidence on YouTube while outlining that Roley Games retains all commercial rights to our work - so to avoid confusion.
